Rules for the Road

1. A contract must be signed with appropriate deposit or card information. Acknowledgement of confirmation via return email will be in lieu of signature.
2. A credit card or deposit of 20% of charter is due at reservation. Seasonal charter deposits are different, i.e. Proms, Weddings, Ski Season, etc. Call for rates and deposit information.
3. All fees are due and payable in advance. If additional time is needed please inform your chauffeur and have payment ready.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of reservation, 50% of fare will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of reservation, 100% of fare will be charged. If an emergency arises please notify us as soon as possible, we are willing to work with you. Proms, Homecomings, and Wedding Charters are 100% non-refundable if canceled within 2 weeks of charter.
5. Fee for damage to the limousine; excessive spillage $150, vomiting $400, smoking $500 and termination of charter, you will be charged for replacement, repair or restoration. If you would like to purchase the stemware or rock glasses, we can add $20 per stemware and/or $10 per rock glass to your contract, and fee will be charged if missing. This is due and payable immediately.
6. Food is not generally allowed, please discuss with your chauffeur in advance.
7. NO SMOKING is permitted in the limousine. However, if the need arises your chauffeur can arrange to take a break for you.
8. Alcoholic beverages are permitted when the client brings their own. The alcoholic beverages must be opened and consumed inside the passenger compartment. If any minor is present, alcoholic beverages are not permitted whatsoever.
9. No illicit drugs will be tolerated.
10. If you have any questions or special needs, please discuss with chauffeur in advance.
11. Chauffeur is responsible for the occupants. Please help to refrain from yelling or throwing objects from the limousine. This could terminate the charter.
12. Seat belts are provided for your safety.
13. Chauffeur will open and close your doors.
14. Chauffeur's salary is based on your generosity, please compensate appropriately.
