We use limousines not sedans or SUV's claiming to be a limo, you order a limo you get a limo. Why be confined to shuttle service or a taxi; limited hours, changing vehicles in route to the airport, rubbing elbows with someone you do not know, and other fees.
You will not see an charge extra for toll road use, surcharge for fuel, or a red eye fee (our chariots will not turn into a pumpkin because it is after midnight or before 6 am nor do we need moms permission).
